Life of a Low Stakes Grinder

Didn't play a single hand today but thought and studied poker more than a typical day.  Watched 2 videos and read a bunch of 2+2 threads.  I've played about 40,000 hands in the last month over ipoker and ftp so now I can really look at them from an analytical perspective.  My major leak is pretty darn glaring.  Went to showdown % = 31%; W$SD = 48.6%.  Dah moment right?  I really feel though that this is a deep-rooted problem that is so much harder to fix than it seems.  For instance I've been following the Moneytrain to Midstakes Ville (my favorite title on dc btw lol'd) and his problem and mine are similar - calling stations.  This problem seems so simple on its surface but its so hard to fix. It goes hand and hand with tilt too.  When tilting you call more. Dah again right?  Just seems like so much goes into fixing this hem stat. ps. great series in MTMV. i like the series' that connect you with the student (ex. whiteheatSYD) good luck on that 12k broll bro - push that volume. I work full time too and i know its tough.

So that being said............. I'm mother licking sticking to this next plan. No FREAKING diverting from this!  Up to and including June 30th I will play and only play 25nl.  Minimal tables (most will be 1 tabling rush poker).  My goal is to only play like 10,000 focused hands.  Just trying to showdown stronger and hopefully the results will be a $1,000 bankroll on July 1st.
