Couldn't get it going at all today. I'm not going to get into a long post here because I'm tired from 3.5 straight hours of poker. My only comments are that I played un-optimal 4nl strategy. It pisses me off to no end that I know how to beat this level but still try to bluff at spots that ordinarily would be good but you get called by midpair on scary board.

when you feel you're not playing your a-game you should really concider atleast taking a one hour break or just quit and do some studying. You lose no money today but earn more in the long run ;)
