Its days like today I'm glad I work full time... I just played so god aweful because I was exhausted. It wasn't even tilt in the sense of anger type of thing. I guess it was just tilt in the sense of non-A game (like Y game on a A-Z scale lol).
Observe my last session (last 400 hands) here where I drank a red bull then 3 beer (this combo is very condusive to A game I know)

I released $10 bonus and lost $20ish on the day. 40 hour work week plus 6k hands. I'm fucking tired. I'm out of town all weekend and I refuse to bring my computer. Day #8 will resume as an evening session.
I did everything wrong in poker tonight but at least I have my good looks

I guess befor I pass out I should set some goals for next week (day #8 to #12)

- $170 bankroll
- Take a shot at 10nl
- Find time to hit the gym

Don't give up dude, bad swingy days happen. Try and realise you are playing your C game as early as you can, step away, refocus and make sure you start thinking about making the correct decisions. No harm in quitting for the day if you don't believe you are making smart decisions too. Good luck!

Thanks a ton winrarr! If I haven't given up on poker by now I never will hahah. Even if I fail I'll just start over lol
