Learn to move down and take a brake. Was doomswiched also at PS when hit NL25 took a brake to study the game it really helped, currently at 10NL and the doomswich is not turned off still, but if I would have played when doomswich hit 2 weeks ago, I would have droped down to NL5 after today.
