I live in Ca and I'm driving on June 12, 2010 to play (just) poker in Vegas for a whole month. This is the first time I will be doing nothing but poker/ I'll be playing 500 Nl and maybe some 500 PLO (If I lose ~6k I'm out/red hot aggressive BR management). Im a Econ college student at UC Berkeley Ca and I'm always juggling poker with school. Ive been playing poker for about 6 yrs and I am pretty obsessed. My record at poker hasn't been great before this year, probably break even lifetime or a little in the red. However, this year has been great so far. I'm probably up around 12k playing on average around~8 hours a week. Most of which being live. I play under Goldgambit1 on FTP (haven't played nearly enough hands I prefer live so much more). I'm going to keep an extensive spreadsheet on almost everything I can track (venue,time duration, game type, expenses, loss/profit, etc etc). On top of this I am also starting this blog probably because Ill be lonely as hell over there and this will be a cool way to connect with some of you who have gone through the same thing or about to do something similar yourself. I'm going to try to blog a couple times a week and will always try to post hands. Any comments would be cool.
