I was quite happy to find that wasn't the case. Yeah we actually got the waiting list going for the 5/10 LHE table going but only got 3-4 names all night. I don't think I have ever seen it actually get up and going. However it must be said that the standard of play at Star City is generally atrocious (with a few exceptions), particularly in the smaller games. Its also frustrating that LHE almost never gets up there anymore (I used to play the $5/10 & $10/20 LHE when in town & it was almost always a great game). P.S. Beware the pit trap. It's good that you have poker ambition and love the game. However, if I were you I would not worry about looking so far ahead and moving up multiple stakes. Work on your game, put in the time and effort, and the profits will follow. The blunt truth is that most aspiring pro players never "make it" and even the ones that do can easily fall off the ladder due to poor game selection, tilt, mismanaged bankroll, etc. Focus on playing well and staying inside your bankroll and you'll sometimes be surprised at what you can accomplish. For limit 1000BBs is enough to have as a dedicated BR for playing full time imo. But each to their own really. As for multi-tabling, I actually do it by choice. I can and have played up to 4 tables profitably, but find playing single table LHE actually leads to a better win rate and I find my game has improved A LOT more and faster playing the one table. I tend to just play very ABC auto when I multi-table and am very exploitable. I have seen it run most Fridays and Saturdays if you get there around 4ish. Its filled with pensioners and they play it like they play the pokies.
