The Dark Side

~

THE GOOD NEWS: Feeling much better . I even played poker yesterday…

THE WEIRD NEWS: After waiting over 2 hours for a SNG to not fill I gave up and decided to play a No Limit SNG. Did u know that you can play those whenever you want? It took about 10 seconds to fill 0_0 And when it was done, I played another one 0_0

Around this point I plugged in a DC NL SNG vid; where the gentleman informed me that you can play MULTIPLE NL SNG at once, that’s how freakin popular they are.

THE BAD NEWS: Attainable ROIs in NL SNG are shit.
14% ROI for the $12 level would apparently be “excellent”, whereas in LHE SNG around 40% is fully realistic.
But, what good is a 40% ROI when the games don’t run? What good is 40% ROI when you have to beg people on your Skype list to please sit on the waiting list until it fills?

NL SNG run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, non stop. You can play 7 of them at once if you want. They don’t take very long either.

So if I can learn to play these, and get used to losing more often, then a decent hourly $$ is possible.

I feel a bit like I’m breaking up with a bf/gf, but lots of people play more than one kind of poker ;)))))

Jess whatever gets the money is fine. Have you played around with sitngowizard (http://sngwiz.com)? They have a free 30 day trial so you can brush up on push fold spots on the bubble, and there are quizzes you can take to see how you're doing. Great to see you're feeling better :)
