Sam C's book - addressing my limiting beliefs:
On the following lines, write down your own limiting beliefs:
1.) I am impulsive and make spur-of-the-moment decisions
2.)I always leave everything to the last minute
3.)I am irresponsible with money
4.)I am lazy
5.)I can't handle responsibility
Now write down the empowering beliefs you would like to have.
1.)I think rationally before I act and make the most life+EV choice
2.) I am financially responsible
3.)I get things done - ahead of time
4.) I like to work hard, play hard
5.)There are no failures only lessons to learn
Where would your life be if you got rid of your limiting beliefs and installed empowering beliefs?
My life will be much better. I will have more money, more free time, be more productive and be more accepting of bumps in the road and be able to get back up on my feet faster. I will stop wasting money on needless things. I will go home earlier, about 3am, instead of 7am and save money on beer in the process. I will be better motivated to work hard and better able to enjoy the rewards that hard work brings. I will plan ahead of time and prioritize tasks in order of importance so I can relax more when I have free time. I will be able to take setbacks on the chin and learn valuable lessons from the experience.
What would be things you would have in your life if you knew failure was not possible?
I will have condos and houses in my favourite places in the world; York, Chiang Mai, Valencia, Tuscany and the Algarve.
I will have great friends and a loved ones.
I will have more than enough money to have a great time, and take care of my loved ones; but never enough to spoil me.
I will have a passport book stamped full several times over!
I will have great health.
I will speak good Thai, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Portuguese.
I will have freedom.

The go home at 3am is most relevant to me here. Gnna try go home earlier as well, not only save some beer $ , but money on cheeseburgers as well! Maybe the next day will be more productive as well
