Thoughts about my game, adjustments and thinking about what works for me
So I spend most of my day analysing other peoples games, so I took a step back and looked at a bunch of reports in HEM about MY game and came to some conclusions.
I win the most when I play deep, a marginal winner 100bb and loser under 85bb (though the latter is in reality a sample size issue)
I should play tight with 100bb until I have over 150bb stack then open up my game to more 3betting/4betting/stealing
I should not 4bet fold for 100bb, if you cant face a jam, dont 4bet. Either flat or fold.
I should steal around 40% UO in BTN and 35% in sb so I can then cbet more overall. Remember villain dependent and 160 rule.
I should call less river bets and think way more on every street about villains range my percieved range the board texture and how they interact as a whole
3bet to 9bb from a minraise, 10bb from a 2.5bb open, 11bb from a 3bb open, 12bb from a 3.5bb open, 13bb from a 4bb open OOP. 3bet to 3x open ATC vs 70%+ F3b villain.
SQZ only if there are no 'monkeys in the middle'
play a minimum of 3x80minute sessions every working day, morning, afternoon, evening, and set up a schedule around this, planning free time, days off, nights out, diet, exercise.
Post one hand immediately after a session in the forum, either from myself or commenting on another hand on DC.
Once a day take 1 villain and find 3 things to exploit.
Watch one video a day and take notes.
Don't over adjust to regs just because you 'feel' they are 'playing back at you' its different regs across multiple tables!
Play more sessions when winning and have a 5 BI stop loss for the day.
Plan the Hand, each street at a time, preparing for the next street before it happens.
Don't be a Hero, be a crusher. Â
