i will
thanks so far guys for all the replies in http://www.deucescracked.com/forums/4-General-Discussion/topics/52301-I-swing-so-much-Tiger-is--
and thanks to those of you who downloaded this video http://www.deucescracked.com/forums/22-Member-Videos/topics/52391-15th-Dec-Session-how-NOT--
heres wat I am going to do
1- work on my game (better player = higher w/r = less swings) by reading all the books i have repeatedly all 2010. I want to have read each book twice by the end of the next year. so 1 book every 2 weeks, for around 10 pages a day. I will also post a video session of my play every week, and a video session review every 10-20k hands.
2- play shorter sessions. I am going to commit to playing 3×50min sessions every day instead of 2-3 75-110 min sessions. quality over quantity. This will help aid concentration as I know i only have to focus for a short time. I am also going to practice quitting by playing 3x 5min sessions for the next 3 days. I will also quit as soon as I feel tilty, not when I just hit a stop loss.
3 – exercise more. staying healthy keeps your mind healthy too. I do a good job with diet overall, but need to keep up the exercise by swimming every day, 10-20 lengths a day will be sufficient.
4 – listen to eptpe, i listened to part 1 last night. part 2 tonight, 3 tomorowo, 4 day after and so on.. after that i will re-read the poker mindset.
5 – decisions. watching back my play from the video i mention in the threads, i notice i hastily make decisions. i should think more when i check and bet. i don’t mind snap folding. but snap calling/betting/raising i think are far from optimal so i should put more time into my decisions and THINK more about the hands in play.
these things I will commit to
cheers

1. Edge reduces variance, so that's a great mentality
2. Also good, I started using a 50 min countdown timer
3. Being more healthy is always great
4 It's not listening to EPTPE that will make you tilt less but listening and re-listening it will help you in the long run
5. When facing a though decision, BREATHE
