S.O.S. - Tilt is going up!
Hi there,
I will begin this post by saying that I hate myself. What the "F" is wrong with me? Last night I made some awful calls, some awful play. God!
After I was up almost 2 BI, I started to level down until 1 BI. I guess from that moment I was already tilting. I was check/raised by some guy (tight pasive guy) and guess what? I called...And even better I called also his shove on the turn....I am the best, isn't it?
But the hand that put me on tilt for the rest of the evening was when I went AI prf with JJ 200bb deep. I don't know why I made that call....And believe me that I knew that he has something like AA, KK or AK. His 3bet range percentage was about 2% (KK,AA,AK is about 2,6%).
Of course the next two hands, AI prf w AK were the results of tilting, stupidity or any other characteristic fo the fishes.
Jesus, I still don't believe how bad I was playing last night. Please give some advices in managing tilt and bad habits like this.
Cheers!
P.S. I put below the hands in question

Bet 'till they raise then fold!
Never call a 3 bet out of position. 4 bet or fold. (usually fold)
At 5NL you'll lose less from folding the best hand than bluff catching.
They have no concept of value betting. When they make a wild shove it's because they truly would rather win a small pot with aces than suffer a "suck out", or they have backed into the nuts and can't control themselves.
hand 743555 - Cbet is fine but that's the only money I'm putting into that pot
hand 743556 - As you're 200bb deep you can call the 4 bet for set value, but when he shoves this flop you can fold here quite easily I think.
hand 743560 - Shove AK to a 3 bet fold to a 4 bet oop
View hand 743561 - Fine unless you have 150 hands that say he's a nit who never 3 bets. I'm 4 bet shoving AK preflop for the fold equity.
GL, pm me if you want to sweat a session - I play 5NL too @ 3BB/100
