Perhaps goals is a bad word. I'm trying to think of them more as themes in my new life as a professional. I've tried making a checklist of 12-15 big things to do everyday and I find that I usually end up getting like 4 of them done. These are things that I want to work on, but not necessarily things I need to get done everyday. One thing I would suggest considering is implementing the goals over time rather than all at once. If you try to completely overhaul everything at once it is possible to keep everything going for a few weeks or a month, but one day you wake up after a late night out with friends and you have to work on your company, put in 2,000 hands and an hour of study, read three books, go to the gym for an hour and cook a new recipe and it can be easy to say, "Meh, fuck it." and all the spinning plates come crashing down. Human willpower is notoriously finite (http://lifehacker.com/5662132/youve-got-a-limited-supply-of-willpower-so-use-it-wisely) and for some people it's more effective to focus on one goal, say, every day for a month until it becomes a fully integrated personal habit, and then add another goal, one at a time, rinse and repeat.
