Two Rights Make a Wrong
People say you shouldn’t quit if the game is good. That seems like good advice. And people say you should play in good games. That makes sense too. But if you put those two pieces of advice together — that is, if I only play in good games, and I don’t quit good games — then I would never quit.

i perceive this article to mean, "dont stay in a game just because its good if you aren't playing well".
think about it, when's the last time most of you logged into your poker site of choice and couldn't find at least a couple fish to exploit? the games will always be good, so if youre playing bad dont stick around because despite having some fish, you aren't +EV.
Ah! now I see :) took me a bit to work out what was being said but wow! that's a pretty effective way of getting a point across.
